He took the time to walk through everything I had noticed, was incredibly thorough, and used the latest equipment to track down and clear the obstruction by snaking the house. (And he was patient with me asking a million questions along the way.) Before he left, I had him check a couple smaller concerns. He found decorative rocks stuck in my son’s drain (easy fix 😂) and didn’t brush off my comment about a toilet that would occasionally leak. Instead, he encouraged a quick seal replacement—and thank goodness he did. That led him to discover a disconnected drain pipe that was likely the root of the bigger issues. “I started replacing my shut off valve behind my toilet myself but decided to give Joseph a call when I heard water spewing in my wall. He found that the soldering gave out at the old fitting and was able to resolder the fitting back on. Probably took less than 15 minutes to diagnose and he was able to do all this while only removing 1 tile from our bathroom. I probably would have done a lot more damage to my wall figuring this out. He then quickly installed the new toilet that I didnt get the chance to install yet. He was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced for good work.”
